Rentvine's API exposes portfolio statements, so when an owner asks about last month, Volty reads the statement for their portfolio and answers with the net figure and the items behind it. It matches the owner to their contact record first. ### Can a tenant open a work order through Volty? Yes, if you switch that tool on. Volty collects the problem, the unit and entry permission, then proposes a work order.
