If the business shares vaccination records, Volty reads the pet's shot dates before it confirms a boarding stay or a daycare day. When a record is out of date it says which one, asks the owner to send the new certificate, and leaves the booking for staff to finish. ### Can owners book a grooming appointment by message? Volty can read the grooming calendar and offer open times. Creating the appointment is a change in PetExec, so it starts Off.
