Replies keep the subject, the quoted history and everyone on CC. ### Can staff check replies before they go out? Yes. In draft mode every reply waits as a draft for a colleague to read and send. You can let Volty send on its own whenever you choose. ### Does Volty work with a shared mailbox such as sales@? Yes, once the Microsoft 365 tenant's administrator has given consent. Volty then reads the shared mailbox and replies from the shared address. ### Does Volty import past email? Yes. When the mailbox connects you choose how much history to import: none, six months, one, three or five years, or everything. Six months is the default. Imported mail is kept on record and never answered. ### Can Volty email many customers at once? No. Volty's broadcasts are WhatsApp template messages. On email, Volty answers each customer's message, and an approved automation can email one customer at a time, such as a reminder. ### How much does it cost to connect Outlook with Volty?
