Yes. MVMNT's tracking endpoint searches shipments by reference values such as BOL and PRO numbers, so Volty can find the load from whatever number the shipper pastes into the email or WhatsApp thread, then reply with the status and delivery appointment. ### Will Volty tell a shipper about a load that belongs to another customer? No. Before reading anything, Volty matches the sender to a shipper on your books, and it only answers about loads tendered by that shipper.
