Mobilize provides API keys to organizations on request, so your organization asks Mobilize for one. You then share it with our team for the custom connection. Some endpoints are restricted and need a further request to Mobilize support. An admin in your workspace approves the connection once before Volty makes any call. ### Can Volty sign a volunteer up for a Mobilize timeslot? Yes, if you turn that tool on. Mobilize's API can create an attendance for a person on an event timeslot, and Volty uses it after the volunteer picks a time in the chat. The tool starts Off. Set it to Check with staff if an organizer should confirm each signup first. ### Will Volty show volunteers events from other organizations on Mobilize? Volty searches the events we agree when connecting, normally your own organization's events.
