Magaya documents its API for both cloud and on-premise deployments of the Communication Suite. For an on-premise server, our team works with your IT contact on how the web service is reached before Volty reads any shipment. ### Can Volty give customs advice to an importer? No. Volty reports the release status Magaya holds for the shipment and the delivery booking.
