Logiwa publishes a sandbox at a separate address, so our team can test lookups there before pointing the connection at your production warehouse. ### Will Volty slow down our warehouse API calls? Logiwa caps API calls per second by plan, with a higher limit on Premium. Volty only calls Logiwa when a conversation needs a shipment order, so a busy afternoon of chats stays well below that ceiling. ### Can Volty change an address after picking has started? No. Volty reads the shipment order status first. If the order is already picked or packed, it tells the shopper the parcel is on its way and hands the thread to support, since the floor can no longer change it. ### How much does it cost to connect Logiwa with Volty?
