Our team builds the connection with that key and your login email, and an admin approves it once. ### Can Volty cancel or change a donor's recurring plan? No. The Donorbox API only reads, so Volty can tell a donor their plan's amount, status and end date, but cannot edit it. Volty points the donor to your Donorbox donor portal or hands the thread to your staff. ### Can staff ask Volty for lapsed donors? Yes. Volty can read donations by date, so a development director can ask in team chat who gave last year and not yet this year, and get the count and list.
