Tokens last 180 days and are refreshed. Volty reads only the contacts and matters agreed during setup. ### Can Volty answer whether a client can travel while a case is pending? No. Travel, eligibility and anything else that could affect a case is a legal question, and Volty passes it to the attorney on the matter. Volty does not give legal advice, and your firm's professional obligations to the client stay with your attorneys. ### Can clients send documents in Spanish over WhatsApp? Yes. Volty replies in the language the client writes in, accepts the file and passes it to the paralegal on the matter.
