Only provider availability, appointment types and enough of the patient record to match a member and their upcoming visits. Cerbo's REST API covers much more, including messaging and billing, and all of that stays out of the connection. Volty is for scheduling and front-desk questions, not for health records, and does not sign a BAA. ### Does Volty log in to Cerbo as a staff member? No. Cerbo issues API credentials that are separate from user logins, tied to an API user with its own permission profile. Our team uses those credentials in a custom connection your admin approves, and you can disable the API user in Cerbo whenever you want to cut access. ### Can Volty answer people who are not members yet? Yes. It answers from what your practice writes down: the monthly price, what the membership covers, which providers are taking new members and where you are. It can then book a meet-and-greet call in Cerbo when the person picks a time. ### How much does it cost to connect Cerbo with Volty?
