Serving customers globally across 10+ markets

### Moves an appointment without a phone call

A patient asks to move an appointment. Volty finds the booking, offers free slots inside your opening hours and booking rules, and moves it in Plato or Google Calendar once the patient picks one. Changes inside your notice period go to the front desk instead.

- Books, moves, confirms and cancels in Plato or Google Calendar
- Keeps to your opening hours, practitioners and notice period
- Replies at any hour, including weekends

### Sends the reminder and handles the reply

An automation sends each patient an approved reminder template the day before. When a patient taps Reschedule and has more than one booking, Volty asks which one they mean before it offers new times.

- Reminders run on a schedule you set once
- Confirm and Reschedule buttons on the template
- Every reply lands in the front desk's inbox

### Keeps medical questions with your clinicians

Volty answers packages and policies from the files you upload. Anything medical, such as suitability, medication or side effects, goes to a named person on your team by your assignment rules, and Volty tells the patient who will reply.

- Your instructions decide which topics stay with people
- The assigned staff member gets an alert on WhatsApp
- The patient sees one conversation from start to finish

### Starts in Draft, so your front desk approves

Each inbox has a reply mode: Off, Draft or Live. In Draft, Volty writes the reply and the front desk sends or rejects it, with the patient's Plato record beside the conversation. When staff edit a draft, Volty learns from the change as a Learned rule you can revert.

- Off, Draft or Live for each inbox, optionally by business hours
- The patient's Plato record beside the chat
- Staff edits become Learned rules you can revert

## Getting started

- 01 · Connect your number · Link your WhatsApp number, and add Messenger, Instagram, your Outlook mailbox or the website chat if you use them. With coexistence, your team keeps using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number.
- 02 · Give Volty your knowledge · Upload your price lists, timetables and policies, or point Volty at your website. It asks you about anything it cannot find before it talks to customers.
- 03 · Choose Draft or Live · Set each inbox to Draft, where your team approves every reply, or Live, where Volty replies on its own. Either can switch by business hours.

## Frequently asked questions

Yes. Volty offers free slots inside your opening hours and booking rules, books the one the patient picks, and moves, confirms or cancels appointments on request. Before it cancels, the patient confirms.

Any system with an API or an MCP server, such as your clinic management system, appointment calendar, patient records and payment links. Once it is connected, Volty can take any action that system allows, such as booking, updating a record or creating an order, and your team decides which actions Volty takes on its own and which come to staff for approval. If a system you use is not connected yet, tell us which one during your trial.

No. A question about a patient's treatment goes to someone on your team, who is alerted on WhatsApp. Volty answers prices, treatments on offer and policies from the files you upload.

Volty passes the conversation to someone on your team and alerts them on WhatsApp. Any reply from your team pauses Volty in that conversation for 30 minutes, and each further reply extends the pause.

Yes. With WhatsApp coexistence, Volty works on the number you already use while your team keeps the WhatsApp Business app on their phones. Messages sent from either side appear in one shared inbox.

Yes. With draft mode on, Volty writes each reply as a draft and someone on your team reads it and sends it. You can keep draft mode on for as long as you like, or switch an inbox to live replies only outside business hours.

Your data, including the database, files and backups, is stored in Singapore. To write a reply, the part of the conversation that reply needs is sent to an AI model host, mostly in the United States, under zero data retention: it is not stored or used for training.

Yes. Volty sends one approved WhatsApp template to the audience you choose: contacts you pick, saved segments, everyone, or a spreadsheet. Volty then books the regulars who reply.

Start the 7-day free trial, connect your WhatsApp number, and give Volty your policies, price lists and website. Volty asks about anything it cannot find before it talks to customers. Then choose draft or live replies for each inbox.
