This was the single most common error across Envoy customers in mid-2025, affecting 11+ accounts at once.

Coexistence Mode (WhatsApp Business App + Envoy)

    1
  1. On the phone: Go to WhatsApp Business > Settings > Account > Delete Account
  2. 2
  3. Recreate the WhatsApp Business Account on the phone
  4. 3
  5. In Envoy, re-run the onboarding/Embedded Signup flow
  6. 4
  7. Grant all permissions during Facebook authorization
  8. Non-Coexistence Mode (Cloud API Only)

    1
  9. In Envoy, go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp
  10. 2
  11. Click Reauthorize
  12. 3
  13. Log in with the admin Facebook account
  14. 4
  15. Grant all permissions
  16. If Neither Works: Check Meta Credit Line

In mid-2025, Error 200 was traced to Meta's payment/credit line validation blocking template creation and message sending. This is a Meta-side issue, not an Envoy bug.

    Check:

    2
  17. Verify you have an active payment method
  18. 3
  19. Check for any billing alerts or holds
  20. 4
  21. If there's a credit line issue, resolve it with Meta before retrying in Envoy

  22. If none of the above works:

    1
  23. Your Envoy account URL and channel ID
  24. 2
  25. Whether you're using Coexistence or Non-Coexistence mode
  26. 3
  27. Screenshot of your Meta Billing page (showing payment method status)
  28. 4
  29. The exact error message from Envoy
