WhatsApp API Permission Error (#3) in Envoy
Messages fail with: "(#3) Application does not have the API granular permission to make this call."
This error often appears after Meta updates their permission requirements. Your existing token may lack a newly required scope. Reauthorising generates a fresh token with all current scopes.
